There is something so special about capturing a new life. It’s such a precious little bubble of time when the whole world is about you and your new baby!

This gorgeous girl joined her Mum, Dad, and big brother on a Friday in October. I met them on the Sunday to give Mum a day to rest from her c-section, but home is some distance away for these guys, so I missed out on getting to meet big brother. I so loved my hour with them in that hospital room. It was like walking into a sanctuary of calm and quiet. She let me take my time with her, discovering all of her little details, capturing this new, unique little life. She’s got one cool Dad too, with all his tattoos of lucky charms!
